Sera Lake Resort Hotel Spa & Aparts

The hotel was a great base for enjoying a quiet area, really close to a cave, a taxi. The room was extremely spacious with comfortable beds, had wake-up service, that's cool. Gentle venue staff at the receptionist.

We truly enjoyed the hotel and Trabzon, had 2 excellent days there. Stayed in wonderful queen room with fantastic view, comfortable beds, closet space. Our check-in was good. Spa lounge was available, everything was amazing;)))

Everything was simply perfect. Exceptionally clean, good value hotel, the location was best possible next to sera lake and the city center and trabzon. Venue's reception was good with accommodating personnel.

Good value, a very lovely stay. Breakfast offered hot waffles, jam, sausages, coffee and eggs. An absolutely stunning hotel with amenable staff. Overall great location.

Strategic location, great breakfast, staff was positive. The beds were nice, rooms beautifully presented and well-equipped. Having different fine drinks in the downstairs bar was a very nice touch. Overall, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was an unexpected bonus. The whole experience was memorable from start to finish, would recomand.

Upscale place, clean, fully-equipped rooms and fairly friendly staff. The bed was fine and it was great having Wi-Fi, climate control and complementary tea. Also, I greatly enjoyed how top the location was. The downstairs bar in the hotel had plenty of good wines and tea throughout the day.

good base for a 3-night stay. we appreciated hotel's location and views. booked table at lake restaurant, it's their onsite restaurant.

Staff was REALLY HELPFUL and I really enjoyed my stay. Particular good mention to the reception staff. Room was more than clean and good sized. Such a family place - easy walk to everything. Also, it was 5 minutes drive to Fatih Mosque.
